Anmolittokai (அன்மொக்ஷித்தொகை)

Abstract

Among the compound words, the sixth compound, Anmolittokai, behave differently. It has neither properties of word nor compound. It is set to function with series of syntactic properties, yet, it has been identified as compound words in Tamil grammar. This article describes its characteristics and issues facing the compound word, especially, in pedagogy.
