It is a global issue that has raised concern and threatened the well-being of a society. From here, a recovery intervention program was introduced to help those who are involved with anti-social behaviour in order to restore their physical and spiritual welfares. The existence of rehabilitation institutions and correctional centres in Malaysia plays a significant role as it acts as platforms in implementing moral rehabilitation programs by formulating various modules and activities. In summary, there are two forms of moral rehabilitation which are institutional rehabilitation and communal rehabilitation. Hence, this paper will identify the types of moral rehabilitation meant for sex offenders at rehabilitation institutions and correctional centres in Malaysia. This paper applies the qualitative approach through descriptive analysis method based on findings from previous studies. There are also rituals that have been practiced through this generation based on weak and fabricated hadiths. Therefore, this quantitative study which involves 361 respondents is to identify the source of funeral rituals for Muslim community in Mukim Kutan, Tumpat Kelantan. Several weak and fabricated hadiths in funeral rituals theme have been selected to see the relevance with community practice. As a result, the sources used by the Muslim community in funeral rituals are from Quran and sunnah, </em>Shāfi‘iyyah’s<em> view, weak, too weak and fabricated hadiths, also based on customary heritage. Islamophobia has existed for so long but has risen over the last decade, after the September 11, 2001, terrorist attack that destroyed the World Trade Center building in New York, USA. Muslim are targeted for their religious ethical and moral beliefs, with the growing tensions of Islamophobia around the world, especially in the West. Additionally, hatred and phobia towards Islam are often expressed through filming. Most of the emergence of this anti-Islamic propaganda film is from the West because the Islamophobic wave itself sparks from the West. Films produced often illustrate the dark side of Islam and Muslim themselves. The film titled American Snipers and 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi were known to sow the seeds of Islamophobia through the dark side exposure to Islam and adherents such as displaying Arabs as terrorists. These anti-Islamic propaganda films are a problem for the germination of Islamophobia among non-Muslims. Islamophobia is one of the anti-Islam messages. Therefore, this article will identify the Islamophobic messages applied in American Sniper and 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi. This study also led to a discussion of the Islamic perspective on Islamophobia. This article will discuss about the implementation of tarbiah (development and training) programme in developing students by Belia Harmoni in Selangor. Belia Harmoni is a platform under a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) namely Pertubuhan IKRAM Malaysia (IKRAM) as a specific wing to carry out tarbiah programme for students. This study has used the interview technique to obtain the data. The Malay community in particular mention the disease 'ain refers to several other names such as </em>“keteguran”<em>, contact with eyes, hypnotic, magic potion, eye bolts and so on. Through the method of inductive and descriptive analysis, this article aims to collect hadiths from </em>al-Kutub al-Sittah<em> that related to evil eye and provide explanations of </em>fiqh al-ḥadīth<em>-based through the book of explanations of hadith. Then, the discussions associated with the practice in the Malay community-related to evil eye.</em> <em>The findings show that among the 11 major hadiths of </em>al-Kutub al-Sittah<em> are related to evil eye which can be divided into four main areas, namely; Firstly: the resolution of the messenger of allah on the presence and effect of evil eye. Secondly: bath treatment for the patient affected by evil eye with the remaining’s of a specific ablution done by the evil eye perpetrator. Thirdly: treatment of evil eye through </em>ruqyah<em> practice. Forthly: ​​protection against evil eye through </em>ta‘awwuz<em> (request for protection).</em> <em>But, in the community there are distinctive treatment and prevention methods compared to what is described in the discussion from fiqh al-hadith. The purpose is to discuss those methodological considerations that may pave the way to an objective approach of the educational problem in Algeria. This is to provide the researchers with some methodological tools to formulating the educational problem. An attempt has been made to address research questions, i.e. How should we conceptualize the educational problem in the Arab and Muslim countries: The case of Algeria? To conclude, this reflection requires us to give more importance to these methodological considerations to be able to state the educational problem in the Arab-Muslim lands in the appropriate manner. And, the elucidation of the concept of the ‘problem’ in educational research is an inevitable necessity. This is to pave the way for Muslim educational theorizers to grasp the essential components of the educational problem as a basic step to resolve it. The reason is that the educational problem is one of the important challenges facing the modern state and the epicentre of the current global civilizational conflict. The desired model of man, is the pivotal concern of philosophy of education. Teachers from many countries reported high levels of stresses, particularly, novice teachers who seem to be more vulnerable to the pressures of the profession compared to experienced teachers. Thus, in order to fill in the voids in the existing teacher stress literature, the present study aims to investigate factors contributing to stress among Islamic Education novice teachers during their early years of teaching and their coping strategies to minimize the pressure. This study was conducted on a number of Islamic education novice teachers in secondary schools from four different states in Malaysia. The data were acquired by using semi-structured individual interviews. It focuses on various dimensions and meanings of </em>Tazkia<em> relating it to the concept of vicegerency </em>(Istikhlaf)<em> and its objectives of worship, civilisational advancement, ethical excellence and conveying the message of “mercy to all mankind”. The Islamic sources and evidences have vehemently shown the importance of Islamic oriented model of Tazkia in educating man, strengthening society and protecting the major values of Islam. Hence, this paper aspires towards addressing the meaning of </em>Tazkia<em> connecting it to several other concepts and Islamic principles such as; Tawhid, vicegerency, civilisation and Ummah. The paper concludes that there is a need to develop more coherent and integrated vision to use </em>Tazkia<em> as an educational, spiritual and ethical means to build good vicegerent of God. As such, an attempt has been made to shed some lights on this vision urging others researchers to delve onto this important area of Islamic research. This paper also stresses the need to revisit the methods and approaches of </em>Tazkia<em> in order to renew them according the Islamic teachings. Furthermore, the paper recommends the re-activation of the roles of educational, cultural, religious, social and intellectual institutions in advancing the moderate approaches of </em>Tazkia<em> according to the standards and values ​​of Islamic worldview.
