KEBERKESANAN PENGAJARAN GURU TADIKA: SATU KAJIAN AWAL
Abstract
Teachers are crucial components in the learning process of students. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify effective teaching among kindergarten teachers in Klang Valley. To achieve this research purpose, data were collected using qualitative method involving interviews of 2 Islamic and 2 Department of Community Development kindergarten teachers. This study found a number of contributing factors that affect the teaching of kindergarten teacher effectiveness in the areas of teaching quality, the suitability level of the teaching, incentives and time. This study showed the importance of stakeholders being involved collaboratively in schools' activities, especially policy makers and parents, who can improve teachers' teaching.
