Masalah-masalah Yang Dihadapi Dalam Membuat Pesanan Fotokopi

Abstract

There is an increase in demand by academic staff for photocopies. This demand per se has not posed a problem to the Acquisitions Division of the University of Malaya Library. Difficulties in the quick acquisitioning of materials in photocopy are caused by errors in bibliographic details in the form of wrong citations, incomplete references and the like. Ways to minimize this problem and to improve the time factor in acquiring the photocopies are discussed.
