January 2014	Jurnal Kepimpinan Pendidikan (JuPiDi) published its inaugural issue, Volume 1, No. 1, marking the establishment of the journal as a scholarly platform in the field of educational leadership, management and administration at the Faculty of Education, Universiti Malaya.
January 2014	JuPiDi commenced publication under ISSN 2289-9669, providing a dedicated scholarly platform for academics, researchers, educational leaders and practitioners to disseminate research in educational leadership and management.
January 2014	JuPiDi established a quarterly publication schedule, with four issues published annually in January, April, July and October.
April 2014	JuPiDi published Volume 1, No. 2, continuing its quarterly publication schedule.
July 2014	JuPiDi published Volume 1, No. 3, further establishing the continuity of the journal's scholarly publication.
October 2014	JuPiDi completed its first year of publication with Volume 1, No. 4, marking the completion of its first annual publication cycle.
January 2024	JuPiDi entered its 11th year of publication with Volume 11, maintaining its commitment to the dissemination of research in educational leadership, management, administration and related areas.
January 2025	JuPiDi entered its 12th year of publication with Volume 12, continuing its role as a scholarly platform for educational leadership and management research.
January 2026	JuPiDi entered its 13th year of publication with the publication of Volume 13, No. 1 on 27 January 2026.
April 2026	Volume 13, No. 2 was published on 17 April 2026, maintaining the journal's quarterly publication schedule.
July 2026	JuPiDi published Volume 13, No. 3, continuing its regular quarterly publication cycle.
2026	JuPiDi strengthened its identity as a peer-reviewed, open-access journal adopting a double-blind peer-review process.
2026	The journal strengthened its publication scope to include original empirical research, conceptual papers, systematic literature reviews, critical reviews and case studies, with emphasis on contributions to theory, policy and practice in education.
2026	JuPiDi strengthened its international editorial network, involving scholars from Malaysia and other countries, including the United Kingdom, Indonesia, Pakistan, Türkiye, Saudi Arabia, the United States of America and Brunei Darussalam.
2026	JuPiDi continued to be published quarterly in January, April, July and October by the Department of Educational Management, Planning and Policy, Faculty of Education, Universiti Malaya.
