Aims and Scope
AIMS AND SCOPE
Journal of Surveying, Construction & Property (JSCP) is a free open access publication that adopts an interdisciplinary, multifunctional approach, and welcomes contributions based on original empirical research and the observations of experienced practitioners. The JSCP is devoted to the publication of original research in the areas of Surveying, Property, Real Estate and Valuation, Building, Construction and Urban Studies.
The JSCP is published twice a year (June & December). Articles published in this journal are currently indexed in MyCite, ERA 2012, Google Scholar, UDLedge Science Citation Index (SciCI), and Focus (Journals and Conference Proceedings).
JSCP provides immediate open access to all its content, based on the principle that making research freely available to the public fosters a greater global exchange of knowledge.
TYPES OF CONTRIBUTION
We welcome original research papers not previously published, unpublished versions or extended conference papers, application and design studies, comparative case studies, reviews of architectural and building works, survey articles, literature review and review papers. Manuscripts have been subjected to the screening for plagiarism and blind peer review processes prior to publication.

PREPARATION OF MANUSCRIPTS
Manuscript must be prepared in accordance to Author Guidelines.
Contributors are invited to submit manuscripts electronically through Make a Submission. Contributors are accepted on the understanding that the authors have obtained the necessary authority for publication. Upon acceptance of an article by the journal, the authors will be asked to transfer the copyright of the article to the publisher. This transfer will ensure the widest possible dissemination of information.
