Abstract

This paper presents the development of an M-Learning implementation model based on learning activities for teacher training programmes in Indonesia. The study adopted the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) method to develop the model in order to support formal learning in helping trainees to achieve learning needs and objectives of the course through a series of learning activities. Via eighteen (18) panel of experts, seventeen (17) formal and informal learning activities are suggested and selected to develop the model. Based on the expert consensus the activities are divided into three (3) domains of learning activities which are 1) input of knowledge; 2) skills empowerment; and 3) assessment and reflection. The activities also can be categorised into four clusters, namely independent activities; linkage activities; autonomous activities; and dependent activities.
