PELAKSANAAN PROSES PENGAUDITAN KUALITI DAN TAHAP KEAKURAN BERDASARKAN SEMBILAN DOMAIN: SATU KAJIAN KES DI JABATAN PENDIDIKAN NEGERI SELANGOR
This study was undertaken to investigate the implementation of the process of auditing the quality and level of conformity based on nine (9) domain in the Selangor State Education Department (JPN) Selangor. The researchers established a conceptual framework with reference Audit Process Model, Model Quality Management System MS ISO 9001: 2008 and CIPP model. This conceptual framework is used to determine the level of conformity, the role and contribution, challenges and measures to address them in the process of auditing the quality in this department. The level of conformity is measured based on nine (9) domain in the process of auditing issued by SIRIM. Data were collected through questionnaires answered by 345 people of Selangor NRD personnel, 25 officers and staff of the District Education Office (PPD) were selected randomly and interviews on 12 respondents. Descriptive analysis of the demographic profile of the respondents indicated a high level of conformity is followed by the domain Audit Planning Input domain. However, the conformity of the staff in the audit process is simple domain. Mean scores showed Checklist domain has the highest value, followed by the domain. It shows three main domains dominated and understood by the staff in the auditing process. T test showed differences in the level of conformity between men and women is the domain Checklist. One way ANOVA showed the highest level of conformity in the audit of the group management officials, followed by a staff executive group, and most recently the Assistant staff groups. The findings from interviews with 12 respondents showed a significant collaboration in carrying out the audit in accordance with procedures established by SIRIM. In addition, this study also has an interest in helping to strengthen the Selangor State auditing process quality.
