Aims and Scope

The aim of MOJEM is to disseminate high-quality, peer-reviewed research that contributes to theoretical development, methodological advancement, and practical improvement in educational management and leadership.
The journal welcomes studies addressing, but not limited to, educational leadership, governance, planning, policy analysis, organisational behaviour, human resource management, financial management, quality assurance, digital leadership, and innovation in education across school, higher education, and lifelong learning contexts.
MOJEM prioritises research with clear methodological rigour, conceptual clarity, and international or comparative relevance.
