Editorial Information

MOJEM is governed by an Editor-in-Chief and an international Editorial Board comprising senior scholars with recognised expertise in educational management, leadership, and policy studies.
The Editorial Board is responsible for editorial policy, peer review oversight, and strategic development of the journal. Editorial decisions are made independently, based solely on academic merit, relevance to the journal’s scope, and reviewer recommendations.
All editorial processes follow clearly documented procedures to ensure fairness, consistency, and accountability.
