Findings of the study showed that self-efficacy among Orang Asli Bawong students had a significant relationship with self-motivation to go to school (β = 0.364, T = 4.285/p <0.00), the ability to comply with school discipline showed a significant relationship with motivation to go to school. (β = 0.259, T = 3.211/p <0.01) as well as religious beliefs also showed a significant positive relationship on self -motivation to go to school (β = 0.233, T = 3.112 p <0.002). The evaluation of the structural model includes the evaluation of the value of R2, This study shows that the value of endogonous R2 that is motivation to school is 0.478, this means the construct for all exogonous variable of motivation to school can explain the construct of 47.8%. This study contributes to teachers, administrators and JHEOA and the researchers themselves in identifying several factors that influence the motivation of indigenous students to school in addition to further developing this model more broadly.
