Peer Review
Full Confidentiality
Each article submitted to the journal will be managed with full confidentiality. Each submission will be reviewed by the Managing Editor on a case-by-case basis.
Journal Guarantees
The journal guarantees that the merit of an article will stand alone independently from the fame of the corresponding author or co-authors.
Confidentiality
When the Editorial Board finds that the article meets the basic requirements of the journal (see Submission Guidelines), the article will be sent to two "blindfolded" reviewers (also known as referees) appropriate to the subject matter. The author's name in the article will be kept confidential from reviewers to prevent from bias evaluation.
Total of Reviewers
The journal ensures that the authors of the submitted articles remain anonymous to the reviewers. The journal recommends that the author name at least 2 potential reviewers (5 would be most welcomed) who are experts in the field that author's publishing. This would assist in hastening the editorial and review process and, therefore, allow author-submitted articles to be published on time.
Unacceptable Articles
In the unlikely event that only one of the reviewers finds the submission unacceptable, the article will be sent to another reviewer for a final assessment. This will assist the editorial board in deciding whether the article can be published in MOJPC.
Final Draft
Final edits are sent to the Editorial Board Members and Proofreaders of MOJPC to check for accountability and other issues. If there is any technical error in the article, the editor will ask the author to make corrections.
Time Frame of Reviewing Process
It will take approximately 2-3 months from submission to completion of the publication process.
Information on Publications
The author will be informed about the publication of the Journal by official email when all the process completed.
