Abstract
This paper consists of introduction in which the significance of the topic is discussed. It also consists of research plan which is divided into section 1, which presents a brief discussion about Abu Bakar Abd Algani Almairuf Balibib. The second section discusses Abu Bakar Abd Algani’s Book concerning (Fixed and Unfixed Alif, Fixed and Unfixed Alya, Almawsul and the Way the Feminine H-a). The paper concludes that: 1- the author disagrees with other Muslim scholars in only one place in the Qur’an in Surah (Al-jin). It seems that the one who copied the book of Abu Bakar as a manuscript forgot, 2- Abu Bakar Abd Algani Almairuf Balibib was interested in drawing/painting and this is why he explained the “Aqilt Arbab Alqsaid, 3- it is important to investigate and find out the books written by Abu Bakar Abd Algani Almairuf Balibib.
