Quantitative data was collected through a survey administered to 150 respondents, comprising university dormitory management officers. Descriptive analysis was conducted using SPSS software, while inferential analysis utilized Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The study results reveal a significant positive effect of fire safety management on fire safety compliance. The results confirmed that the management play vital roles in enhancing fire safety compliance and preventing fires in higher educational institutions' dormitories.
