PAPER TEMPLATE FOR AUTHORS

1.     SUITABILITY OF THE TITLE, ABSTRACT AND KEYWORDS

The title should represent the Asian region and beyond or country studies. A case study is not a priority.
Abstract- Should consist of the following elements:
- The research focus (i.e. statement of the problem(s)/research issue(s) addressed);
- The research methods (experimental research, case studies, questionnaires, etc.);
- The results/findings of the research; and
- The main conclusions and recommendations
Keywords: the right keywords for the entire discourse of the paper

2.     INTRODUCTION 
An introduction is the preamble part of a research paper, which a reader is likely to read first. Provide a rational introduction so that the readers are interested to read your article. The study's background will provide context to the information discussed throughout the research paper. Background information may include both critical and relevant studies. This is particularly important if a study either supports or refutes the thesis. The background of the study will discuss the problem statement, rationale, and research questions. It links an introduction to the research topic and ensures a logical flow of ideas.  Thus, it helps readers understand the reasons for conducting the study. 

3.     LITERATURE REVIEW, THEORETICAL AND CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK

Literature review surveys books, scholarly articles, and any other sources relevant to a particular issue, area of research, or theory, providing a description, summary, and critical evaluation of these works in relation to the research problem being investigated. Provide a coherent literature review and not mere listing of past research findings. A concise literature review  enables one understand the state of current research and its relevance and provides an overall picture of the literature contribution to scholarship.

4.     METHODOLOGY
The methodology should be sufficiently described, and a suitable method should be used. 

5.     RESULTS
Research findings need to be appropriately presented. The authors need to ensure that its is not mere listing of findings.

6.     DISCUSSION
The section provides critical analysis of the research results.

7.     CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The author should briefly restate the main thesis of the research. Briefly summarise the main points. Where necessary suggestion some solution to the problem investigated in the form of policy suggestions/implications/recommendations. 

11.  ACKNOWLEDGMENTS 
This section may comprise research ethics approval, research grant title,  grant number, parties that provided financing, conflict of interest etc.  

12.  CITATIONS AND REFERENCES
SARJANA: Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences follow the APA style in citing various sources for in-text citations and on the reference page. Please use the latest version of the APA Publication Manual as reference which can be found here:  https://apastyle.apa.org/style-grammar-guidelines/references/examples/webpage-website-references
Use footnotes or endnotes sparingly in the manuscript.  All citations must be listed in the references list. Omit references that are not cited in the manuscript.

13.  TECHNICAL
Please indicate all figures, maps, charts, tables, diagrams, etc accordingly. Please number all of them, and these must be referred in the text or discussion. Please indicate the source(s) at the bottom of the maps, charts, tables, diagrams, etc.
Font type: Times New Roman and font size 12.0.
Paper size: 21.59 cm (width), 27.94 cm  (height)
Length of the paper: minimum: 6,000 words, maximum: 8,000 words (exclude references).

14.  LANGUAGE
The language style used for publication in this SARJANA: Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences is British English. Grammar, diction, and sentence structure do or do not impede the reading. The paper should be academically sound and readable. All accepted articles must be edited by a qualified professional editor before the final submission. All accepted papers will be edited by the professional editor(s). All authors are responsible for managing the copy-editing of the manuscript with the suggested professional editor(s). 

15.    PUBLICATION ETHICS AND CONFIDENTIALITY
The authors are responsible for ensuring that they have written entirely original works. If the authors have used the work and words of others, this has been appropriately cited or quoted.

The similarity index (Turnitin check) should be less than 15 per cent.  The Journal editors and reviewers will detect plagiarism in the papers submitted to SARJANA.  The reviewers may notify or report to the Editor-in-Chief if they suspect the author's misconduct or plagiarism by the author(s) without publicly announcing it. Reviewers must keep all information about the submitted paper(s) confidential to keep the author(s) and the paper safely publish their research output.

Accepted papers are required to fill-up copyright transfer agreement.
