Publication Fee Statement and Open Access Commitment:

  • Open Access Policy:
Quranica is committed to the open access movement, ensuring that all published articles are freely accessible to the global community without subscription barriers. To sustain the open access model and maintain high editorial and production standards, a publication fee of USD 300 (RM 1200.00) is required for all accepted articles, including those submitted to special issues.

This fee supports essential editorial processes, peer review management, typesetting, digital archiving, and long-term platform maintenance—all of which ensure that the published work remains accessible worldwide without limitations.

  • Special Issues:
Special issues are also published under the open access model. The standard publication fee of USD 300 (RM 1200.00) applies to all special issue articles. This fee helps to cover the additional costs associated with managing themed editions while ensuring that they remain freely accessible to all readers.

  • Editorial Independence: The editorial board operates independently in making publication decisions. Board members disclose any conflicts of interest, and a process is in place to manage such conflicts and safeguard editorial integrity.
  • Promotion and Marketing: The journal's visibility is enhanced through active engagement of international lecturers participation in relevant conferences, and collaborations with other journals and other institutions. Marketing strategies are designed to attract quality submissions and broaden readership.
  • Data Privacy and Security: Author and reviewer data are managed in compliance with Data Protection Regulations and Journal's Privacy Policy. Sensitive information is securely stored and only accessible to authorized personnel.
  • Financial Sustainability: The journal’s financial sustainability is supported through publication fees, institutional support, and strategic collaborations. A portion of revenue is reinvested in editorial enhancements and technology upgrades.
  • Continuous Improvement: Feedback from authors, reviewers, and readers is actively collected and used to refine editorial processes, policies, and the overall reader experience.
