Publication Fee Statement and Open Access Commitment:

  • Open Access: Quranica proudly supports the open access movement, ensuring that all research outputs are freely available to the global community without any subscription barriers. We affirm our commitment to open access by not charging any publication fees or article processing charges (APCs) for standard submissions. This policy facilitates unrestricted access to scholarly work, promoting wider dissemination and engagement with researchers worldwide.
  • Special Issue: while we do charge a nominal fee, these are also published under an open access model. The fees for special issues are used to cover the additional costs associated with managing and reviewing these themed editions, ensuring that they are freely accessible to all upon publication. Through these practices, Quranica enhances the visibility and impact of research, supporting a sustainable model of scholarly publishing that aligns with open access principles.
  • Editorial Independence: The editorial board operates independently in making publication decisions. Board members disclose any conflicts of interest, and a process is in place to manage such conflicts and safeguard editorial integrity.
  • Promotion and Marketing: The journal's visibility is enhanced through active engagement of international lecturers participation in relevant conferences, and collaborations with other journals and other institutions. Marketing strategies are designed to attract quality submissions and broaden readership.
  • Data Privacy and Security: Author and reviewer data are managed in compliance with Data Protection Regulations and Journal's Privacy Policy. Sensitive information is securely stored and only accessible to authorized personnel.
  • Financial Sustainability: The journal's financial sustainability is achieved through publication fees in special issues, institutional support, and collaborations. A portion of revenue is reinvested in editorial enhancements and technology upgrades.
  • Continuous Improvement: Feedback from authors, reviewers, and readers is actively collected and used to refine editorial processes, policies, and the overall reader experience.
